Join Our Leadership Team
We are currently recruiting for the following board positions for the 2026–2027 school year. All board members are expected to regularly meet deadlines, attend monthly virtual meetings, actively collaborate with fellow board members, provide quarterly updates to our Executive Directors, and submit one blog post per semester.
Director of Media and Marketing
Oversees our social media presence and website, ensuring content stays current and on-brand across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include maintaining a content calendar, monitoring relevant trends and legislative updates, producing semesterly video recaps, and coordinating with other directors to promote events, blog posts, and chapter spotlights.
Director of Education and Chapter Development
Manages the internal resource database and ensures all templates and branding assets remain organized and accessible. Sources civic engagement opportunities such as internships, fellowships, and scholarships to share with the community, and serves as the primary point of contact for existing chapters.
Director of Finance
Handles all financial recordkeeping, prepares semesterly budget reports, and collaborates with the Director of Events and Executive Directors on fundraising campaigns. Also researches grant opportunities and supports the development of sponsorship prospects for corporate and nonprofit partnerships.
Director of Events
Leads all stages of event planning, including the annual conference. Coordinates with the Director of Media and Marketing on promotion, secures speakers and external partnerships, manages event budgets in collaboration with the Director of Finance, and facilitates inter-chapter events to strengthen community across locations.
Director of Editorial and Communications
Oversees the editorial blog, manages new chapter applications and onboarding, and handles all internal communications. Maintains organized records of outreach contacts, partnerships, and speaker history, and keeps Executive Directors informed of ongoing external conversations.
